Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We only accept payments through PayPal. 
If you happen not to have a PayPal account you can choose to pay with Credit Card.
Following these steps:

Select “Don’t have a PayPal account?” button.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

None! We offer Free Worlwide Shipping for all the items in the Store.

AlzaPrima only ships products with DHL.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once the order is placed and the payment confirmed we start porducing your product.

As it is Handmade we usually take from 1 to 3 Working Days to fulfill your order. Then we dispatch it and you will receive a Tracking Code for you to do the follow up on the DHL website.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Yes. We have a SSL Certificate so your information through the website is secure. Also, as we use PayPal as our Payment Method, none of your payment data is run through this web but with their Security checks for you to be secure that we don´t have access to any sensible data.

How long will delivery take?

Shipment to:

  • America and Canada: 2 to 3 Working Days.
  • Europe: 3 to 4 Working Days.
  • Australia: 5 to 6 Working Days.
  • Rest of the World: 7 to 10 Working Days.

It can take less or more time depending on your geographic location, availability or weather conditions as well as the customs inspection, this is an estimate. In order for us to comply with these estimates, the client must add its phone number for it is a requirement from the Courier company. We will provide you a Tracking Number for you in order you can do a follow up.

Can I cancel my Order?
Of course! We need you to do it 2 hours after the purchase so we can process the cancelation.
